Ted’s radio career began in Fulton, Mo. and after spending 14 month’s there, he landed a weekend position at K-SHE St.Louis. Within 2 years, he was given the 7pm-Midnight shift where he entertained the audience for nearly 4 years. After being promoted to Program Director, a position he held for the next 3 years, Ted was given the opportunity to do the afternoon shift at K-WEST in Los Angeles. A format change to top 40, Ted moved on to KMET in Los Angeles where he worked with radio legends like Mary “the burner” Turner and JIm Ladd, Another format change found Ted returning home to St. Louis where he did various stints at several stations before retiring from radio in 1995. Ted is now very pleased to be back on the air playing some of the greatest rock ever recorded. His hobbies include music, his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family.
